——承襲日治時期的記憶，充滿人文氣息的景觀河岸

The Scenic Riverside with Memories from the Japanese Colonial Era.

綠川原名「新盛溪」，是日據時期臺中「小京都」計畫中的亮點河川，也是當時臺中八大夜景之一。近年透過都市景觀改造工程，打破傳統水岸景觀整治方式，重現位於台灣大道、興建於日治時間的「櫻橋」橋面，營造出具人文氣息的景觀河岸，展現城市與自然共存的魅力。

Originally one of the highlights of Taichung’s “Little Kyoto” plan during the Japanese colonial era, it has now transformed into a riverside area that blends natural ecology with urban landscapes.
